Training
As part of our support package we can offer complementary ongoing staff training to ensure that our coffees are served to the highest possible standards, after all it is as important to us that you serve great coffee as it is to you!
Each informal training session lasts approximately 2 hours and will cover;
- The basic history of coffee
- Information about your specific blend
- What is needed to create the perfect espresso
- Breakdown and demonstration of each drink
- Staff trials
- Upkeep and cleaning of your machine
Our simple and straight forward approach will ensure even the least experienced will have the confidence and knowledge to produce consistently great results.
Quality Checks
One of the most crucial details to creating the perfect espresso and one that needs regular checks and adjustments by a professional is the grind settings! Further to the training in our support package we are happy to regularly conduct complementary quality checks on your machine and grinder.
